What kind of numbers these are. Fee rates come from the platforms' own pages, labelled above with the date we checked them and flagged where a platform contradicts itself. Everything else is a scenario: conversion rate, the ~1%/month a promoted email list is assumed to buy at, and the ~30% set aside for tax. We publish no conversion benchmark because we have no sourced one — published ecommerce figures swing widely by category, platform and traffic source, and a single number here would sit directly under a target people already misjudge. Use your own rate once you have one. Hitting steady traffic on a new site usually takes months — the honest part most calculators skip.
